I have not purchased yet; however, both of the people I have spoken to this far have been super kind, informative, helpful and strait forward. I’m hoping everything works out as so far this seems like a great dealer.

Rude. Unprofessional. And will make you angry. Don’t bother. When you call and ask them questions, they give short answers and hang up on you. They even go as far as not answering your phone call when you call back.

Pushy, wanted us to commit to buying the car before letting us have a mechanic check it out. We walked away.

Thus far , cautiously hopeful... I sent an interest with comments asking specific questions. I got back a used car salesman lead in comment....no answers, my question/questions were not even addressed. So my response was to please address my questions.

They helped me out on my trade-in and were extremely fair about it. I had zero issues with my sales rep Peter, the manager, the insurance guy Steve or the finance guy Irving. Dealer customer service was a great experience, Ray waited and remained open 2 hours after their closing time due to me being stuck in traffic. Most of paperwork was done upon arrival which cut that process in half. Most of all the vehicle did great on highway had my dad to take a look at it and he found noajor problem despite engine light on dashboard display. The is a real review and I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a dependable vehicle for a great price!

Amazing service and response

I bought the Sorento. It would of been nice for the car to have been cleaned, the interior and the exterior. They also brought it to me with nearly no gas . Maybe I just got spoiled buying my previous Kias from their own dealership.

There garbage made me drive a 4 hour drive to tell me that they forgot call me back that the car was not in the dealer that the owner had it in his house and that it was not gonna be ready till Monday . Will not recommend this dealer stay away all the cars are super damage no buenoo !!!

I did not receive a response quickly with my inquiry through the app. I did end up purchasing this vehicle and noticed that the price listed here was not what was used in the calculation of the financing costs. I have been reaching out for over a week every day trying to get in touch with their finance manager who told me he would get back to me with no response. Very disappointing experience and I do not recommend.

After confirming my appointment from the prior day, telling me the vehicle was still there and still available, I drive an hour, got five minutes away and they called me and told me they sold it that morning. I even called 30 min out and told the I will be there in 30.

I wasn’t yearn there for 2hours. The Vehicle was in Superior condition. I live my new family SUV
