We had made an appointment to look at a vehicle and the salesman met us there right after we arrived and then left us to work with a different customer. This was not good customer service and we were very disappointed. The other people that helped us were very professional but it was very rude that he left us for another customer!

Excellent experience at this dealer

I was interested in 320i xDrive BMW. The dealer contacted me and a day later I arranged a call with someone from the dealership. It turned out this person was not a sales person and they asked if I would like to talk with a sales person. Three days later I had not heard from a sales person so I gave up a moved on to a different car. This was pitiful representation from a dealership!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Prices assume an additional $2,000 down and a non optional $3,000 fee. The dealer is intentionally misleading and deceitful. Wish I could give zero stars, don’t waste your time.

My experience was great and I left happy with the vehicle I wanted I’m surprised at how well this dealership was ran. Dan the sales person surprised me with his professionalism and didn’t talk down to a costumer, had patients with all the questions I was asking and did well with the negotiation. I’ll go back if I start looking for another car.

Car listed for sale went to see car not allowed to test drive because was told car not serviced yet told sales person I was very interested in the vehicle and to call me so I could test drive car before I buy it called me next day said car sold without being serviced.

I contact and arranged to purchase this vehicle I have not received the truck as of yet but I was the one that arranged shipping.The date I m to get the vehicle is within the next 10 to 14 days, after that I will determine if I got a good deal I purchased site un seen.Dealer seemed to be up front about everything concerning the vehicle.

They were up front about wanting to tack on 2800 in dealer fees. So at least they are up front. But I would prefer the cost be included in the advertised price.

They didn't wanna hear anything I needed to say... I asked if I needed a down payment then they said jus fill out the application and we will see then I do it then they tell me ok so u can put 1000 down right. You really wasn't listening... so I left they really suck !!!!

The salesman invited me down for a test drive and then raised the price of the vehicle by over $5k. They told me the truck needed a new transmission and that’s why the price went up. I will never deal with these clowns again! I am Leary of all GM dealers after this experience.

Rude. Unprofessional. And will make you angry. Don’t bother. When you call and ask them questions, they give short answers and hang up on you. They even go as far as not answering your phone call when you call back.

Pushy, wanted us to commit to buying the car before letting us have a mechanic check it out. We walked away.

Thus far , cautiously hopeful... I sent an interest with comments asking specific questions. I got back a used car salesman lead in comment....no answers, my question/questions were not even addressed. So my response was to please address my questions.
