Shady administration. Be very careful to ask for all financial information before you provide any of your personal info. Dealer changes advertised price based on buying potential. Be prepared for tricks and loopholes. I asked multiple times for estimates on price and fees but didn’t get it until they ran my credit and could hike the numbers up.

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

Horrible!Made appt on a Friday 430 for following Saturday.Drove 45minutes to see 3 cars and none were there. No prices on cars and packed in like sardines!

I live in Naples and I drove all the way to Tampa to see a car that it wasn’t even there, plus their prices are not what the advertise on the market, they made their prices look attractive 2000 lower than anybody else in the market but you don’t realize that there’s $2000 that you got to put down in order to get the advertise price. Terrible way to attack business. I walked out of the dealer immediately.

We arrived to see Ricky and waited 20 minutes. Then Ricky arrived and said he hasn’t got the key before 30 minutes. We waited and went to see the car that was rusted. We requested a test drive but someone that look like the manager and Ricky ask for our paystubs before. They saw and the price magically raised to 38000 ! Worst experience ever

Called about the Q50 and the break down for out the door price off the rip 2,000 down payment is a scam, then you got their ridiculous fees so all came out to 28,000+ but car is listed for 22,990 lol, this dealership could’ve got the full payment of 22,000$ same day I called but they blew it I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Horrible service, staff was rude and would not answer any of my questions unless I drove 10 hours to look at the car. I explained to them that I’d like to know details before I made the journey still refused, when I asked why he flip flopped his answers. Still waiting on the owner to contact me over the two rude employees. I guess customers and customer service just isn’t worth their time. Take my advice go somewhere else and be treated like a customer.

Brian was friendly, informative, and I had confidence he was being honest and trustworthy.

Treated well. Car arrived. I should have had it checked by third party inspection service. Steering column noise issues and a very large scratch across the drivers door that was hard to see buried under a lot of dirt. The car was not cleaned at all-it came in enclosed trailer so picking up the grime enroute was not the issue. I am bringing the car into local Chevy dealer to sort out the steering column issue.

They told me the car was there but when I arrived it wasn't and they tried to sell me on another car that I had no interest in. I then went to their Miami location and long story short what a headache and waste of time. All the prices they list is AFTER a 20% down-payment. Beware of this company!

Worst experience I have ever had with any establishment I received a call and the person confirmed they had the car and I would need to make an appointment which we did We drive 50 minutes to the dealership only to be told they didn’t have the car. No apologies , no can we help you find something else. NOTHING.

Salesman was very unprofessional truck window on passenger side of vehicle didn't work and he tried to make out like he didn't know I told him he should've known because he was trying to sell it and truck still had personalized decals on back window including the previous owners phone number not impressed by the whole operation except for the receptionist very pleasant and professional

They were quick to respond when I reached out. However, they kept calling me by a different name after correcting them, and only reached out after the vehicle I was looking at was sold. Three stars because my wife bought a car from them in the past and they were pleasant to deal with back then.
