Our experience with the dealership was excellent. Their communication was no pressure we spoke both by text and phone. Although, the initial car we were looking at sold, when another vehicle arrived on the lot the fit our criteria they contacted us. Once we arrived at the dealership they were completely non pressure and allowed make the decision that was right for us. Thank you Honda of Sumner of a refreshing experience in purchasing a car.

Extremely helpful and great to work with

I called to ask about a certain car at 2:30 and by 3:30 they has everything taken care of and paperwork done with the car pulled and on hold for me to come get the next day. All I had to do was show up the following day and sign some paperwork and leave with my car. Oni was super helpful and made the process EASY.

Made an appointment to see a truck and take a test drive. Had to drive from an hour away to get to the dealership and 15 minutes before my appointment I received notice that the vehicle I had an appointment to look at was sold. I'm very unsatisfied.
