Shady administration. Be very careful to ask for all financial information before you provide any of your personal info. Dealer changes advertised price based on buying potential. Be prepared for tricks and loopholes. I asked multiple times for estimates on price and fees but didn’t get it until they ran my credit and could hike the numbers up.

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

Price was out of my budget, so I move forward to keep shopping around. People was reasonably with me

Dishonest advertised the price for 1 price online and when u get there they added the VIP and warranty which comes up to almost 8,000, plus tell me that the bank asked for $5,000 depot on a Sunday, smh

The car was heavily hail damaged. That should have been disclosed on the information about the car. Never listed information about the car in the description. That should have been disclosed upfront.

I live in Naples and I drove all the way to Tampa to see a car that it wasn’t even there, plus their prices are not what the advertise on the market, they made their prices look attractive 2000 lower than anybody else in the market but you don’t realize that there’s $2000 that you got to put down in order to get the advertise price. Terrible way to attack business. I walked out of the dealer immediately.

We arrived to see Ricky and waited 20 minutes. Then Ricky arrived and said he hasn’t got the key before 30 minutes. We waited and went to see the car that was rusted. We requested a test drive but someone that look like the manager and Ricky ask for our paystubs before. They saw and the price magically raised to 38000 ! Worst experience ever

Horrible service, staff was rude and would not answer any of my questions unless I drove 10 hours to look at the car. I explained to them that I’d like to know details before I made the journey still refused, when I asked why he flip flopped his answers. Still waiting on the owner to contact me over the two rude employees. I guess customers and customer service just isn’t worth their time. Take my advice go somewhere else and be treated like a customer.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

Drove there 50 miles to see the CRV. Salesperson Payton did a good presentation. Went back into the showroom and then he informed me the used car salesmanager wasn't there. Salesmanager called Wednesday to tell me he was going to work on pricing. This last Monday, salesperson finally contacted me with a serious silly trade in on my 18 Acura RDX.

It was an easy buy ... the sales team was awesome thank u Payton Lewis and Finance... I wasn’t in there all day at all !!!!!

The car I wanted turned out to have frame damage but I was told they would give me an amazing deal on another vehicle of choice. I drove 6 hours on my birthday to get nothing, no amazing deal and limited selection comparable to what I had inquired in. Not a good experience.

This is a Classic Bait & Switch . The dealer responded by telephone saying this car has sold but they have others that were much higher priced . Yet they still continue to advertise a car that has sold . Don’t waste your time with unethical dealers

This dealership have fake ads to get in dealership. Very sad business tactic. They're going to attempt to put you in something you don't want. When asked about this car they said it was sold and ad is gone. Then i was told this car will be $28k otd but advertised for $18k. Like the salesman but they all in on the bait and switch.

Added $3000 to the price of this used car ...dealer markup fee...very disappointed.

Quick and easy

Salesman was very unprofessional truck window on passenger side of vehicle didn't work and he tried to make out like he didn't know I told him he should've known because he was trying to sell it and truck still had personalized decals on back window including the previous owners phone number not impressed by the whole operation except for the receptionist very pleasant and professional
