The salesmen named Esteban is extremely rude when I found a car from another location cheaper he was disrespectful when I asked if they would match their price. Which was a no, They also tried giving me a higher APR and needing 3 times more of a down payment than the other location.

Contact made quickly. I sent reply. No contact since the first one. Assume truck was sold.

Dealership was fast to communicate

Drove an hour to find out the vehicle had a blown transmission, front end damage and a bad catalytic converter. Total waste of time.

I contacted the dealer and made an appointment to see the car. The price at that point was 36,899. Within the time frame of my appointment I called the dealer to confirm my appointment and the price of the car at that point jumped to 38,999. When I questioned it, the rep told me to come in and negotiate the price. Also the mileage of the car jumped from 21k miles to 30k miles. Misrepresentation? I definitely think so.

Offered me the car , I accepted the offer and went to bank to get certified check, they called back 30 minutes later as we were driving to dealership said they sold the car, but would sell me another car with 20k miles for the same price. they have poor communication and customer service.

Literally had to constantly contact dealer.. Did not seem interested in the sale of vehicle.. When I was about to drive there (6hrs) I had him verify car was there after he said it was and later received a message saying it was sold.. Customer service was horrible!

Didn't have the vehicle I initially wanted but came back today to test ride a new one they got in the other day. Ended up loving it and buying it. Liked the communication and no haggle approach. What you see is what you get and that's not something I'm used to at used lots. Used lots need to sell their vehicles to you. This place chooses to sell to the public so we can get discounts that other dealerships get. I liked it a lot.

I received a standard email reply to my email that didn't address not answer my question. Not sure if reply was automatic form reply or drafted and sent as original; if the latter then I must wonder why they didn't answer my question. Perhaps the dealer gets overwhelmed by online inquiries and can't invest time to read each one.

They answer me quickly!!! But I was wrong I though the truck was in Akron Ohio about 25 miles from home !!! But found it is 300 +- miles From home !!! To far for me at this time !!!maybe after Labor Day I’ll have time of still available
