Honestly I really wanted this Car.. and they were very pleasant But I am ESSENTIAL and is very heard to go see the car..my hours are crazy and hectic.

They say they still have jeep in shop looking it over. Never have offered for us to test drive yet. Very little communication, I am the one in contact with him,not them calling me.

If I could give -5, I would. They never attempt to reply, never call, email or anything, until the vehicle sells, then their like oh sorry it's sold, by this instead, we need to sell it, whether your interested or not. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP... TERRIBLE.

The car was nice but had a good sized dent on the side you couldn’t see from the lovely photos. I asked him to come down on the price and he said no. In fact he said he had several people coming to see the car and he would likely up the price. Four days later the car is still for sale and the price is $100 bucks less. Guess it didn’t sell after all. I purchased the same type of car from another dealership the same day.

If i could give this dealership, 0 stars I would. Brought this Rougue SL (Wasn't a SL, it was a S) Vehicle ran out of gas around the corner, bumper fell off while on highway later in the day. Now dealer doesn't want to send plate until I pay postage even-thought he stated that he would mail it to me. I have dealt with at least a dozen dealerships in Florida over the past 30 year and this is the shadiest one ever. If you see this name, don't walk away, run as fast as you can.

No banks to work with people with very good credit

He will get you the Car Loan but the selection of cars needs improvement !

At first, the building seemed on of those crooked used car dealers. Suffice to say, I am well pleased with this place. The owner did more than enough to help my wife and I, and even reserved the car for us to see before anyone else. He replaced all the wheel studs on a tire, and bent over backwards to help us. This is a good place worrying buying a vehicle from.

Not pushy at all. Thought they were actually closed at first as a matter of fact. I knew exactly what I was going to look at when I got there and nobody tried to sway me towards something out of my price range. Feel like I got a great deal on a beautiful pickup. My bank even double check to make sure it wasn't a salvage title cause he couldn't believe the price. Look forward to enjoying my new purchase for some years to come!

I contacted Nick in regards to the Traverse. When we got there we saw the Terrain. He didn't hassle us, he let us freely walk around. When it was time to do financing, it was smooth sailing. We knew we had credit issues and they worked with us. Great experience. We love our GMC Terrain
