I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328xi from Manchester Motorsports for $8,500. The check engine light came on as I driving it away. After taking it to an Indy BMW garage I was quoted $8,500 to repair all the work wrong with the car. Even if the quote was high I was still in a bad spot. This dealer will not let you return a car and their 'As Is' paperwork is iron clad. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE WITHOUT A PRE- PURCHASE INSPECTION. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Had a pleasant experience with Brian and Ricky. Friendly and professional folks. These are folks you would enjoy hanging with on a beautiful weekend. I ended up closing the deal on a Toyota Prius. Highly recommend the dealership.

I inquired about a truck and was answered quickly. They seem to be honest about what they have. You cannot expect dealer grade vehicles when Manchester Motor is a wholesaler. Eventhough I did not buy from them, I would if ever in need of a vehicle.

Car was filthy, and it didn't even start.... they responded "does it need a jump" yeaaaa no dude you have one job sell cars making sure they start when someone is coming to take a look should be number 1 concern.

Took several days to get back to me and when they did called me 4 straight times despite me being unavailable to talk at the time trying to decline a call. As very annoyed as they should have just left a voicemail until I could talk instead of calling me multiple times in a row - not Professional.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

At first, the building seemed on of those crooked used car dealers. Suffice to say, I am well pleased with this place. The owner did more than enough to help my wife and I, and even reserved the car for us to see before anyone else. He replaced all the wheel studs on a tire, and bent over backwards to help us. This is a good place worrying buying a vehicle from.
