Dealer was quick to respond, but never gave me a price. After a few texts and phone calls, I was still not given a price on the vehicle. I explained that I’m 45 minutes away and all I needed was a sticker price to determine if it was worth the drive. The salesman told me to look it up on Blue Book, the price would be close to that. Needless to say, I did not make the drive.

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328xi from Manchester Motorsports for $8,500. The check engine light came on as I driving it away. After taking it to an Indy BMW garage I was quoted $8,500 to repair all the work wrong with the car. Even if the quote was high I was still in a bad spot. This dealer will not let you return a car and their 'As Is' paperwork is iron clad. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE WITHOUT A PRE- PURCHASE INSPECTION. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I inquired about a truck and was answered quickly. They seem to be honest about what they have. You cannot expect dealer grade vehicles when Manchester Motor is a wholesaler. Eventhough I did not buy from them, I would if ever in need of a vehicle.

They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. When I showed up at the dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful. I got a good deal on the car I wanted. I bouvht the car right at closing time and forgot some of the paperwork at the dealership; they brought the paperwork to my house, 30 miles away. Overall a very good experience, I would deal with them again.

It ended up they didn't have any vehicles that zI was interested in but the salesman that called did so in a timely manner. She was extremely helpful, informative and courteous. Wish I could have dealt with them.

Great dealership very nice and courteous staff. Do to typo in the ad for Ford they took a Thousand dollars off the price with out problem. I bought the truck asis found a few small issue and they took care of them at no coast to me. I highly recommend them for your next auto purchase.

Dealership initially contacted me. I asked for pictures of the vehicle and received 1 picture of the dash. After that, I did not hear from them again. CarGurus notified me that the car had actually sold. Approximately a week later, and only upon trying to sell me another vehicle, did the dealership let me know it had sold. Experience with the second vehicle has been the same.

Was quick and fast. Found a couple issues with car but engine seems to be good. Had to replace engine mounts and axels. But the car seem to be running good now. Always check a car with a mechanic before u buy never takes someone’s word.

SOme items were not disclosed. The Top does not work and car is heavily modified. Process was smooth but need to get some items rectified
