Awesome to deal with! Met me at the airport, let me take my time with the car and test drive. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Jorge, Luis and Oscar are top notch. I bought the car and drove it 900 miles home.

Once we talked they moved fast to help me seal the deal while I was in a whole different state and once I came back they finalized it all and I drove home in my new to me car They are going to replace the dash as part of my deal and I am waiting for that to happen still. Good reliable help and the vehicle is amazing for the price and mileage

I contacted the dealer and made an appointment to see the car. The price at that point was 36,899. Within the time frame of my appointment I called the dealer to confirm my appointment and the price of the car at that point jumped to 38,999. When I questioned it, the rep told me to come in and negotiate the price. Also the mileage of the car jumped from 21k miles to 30k miles. Misrepresentation? I definitely think so.

Offered me the car , I accepted the offer and went to bank to get certified check, they called back 30 minutes later as we were driving to dealership said they sold the car, but would sell me another car with 20k miles for the same price. they have poor communication and customer service.

Literally had to constantly contact dealer.. Did not seem interested in the sale of vehicle.. When I was about to drive there (6hrs) I had him verify car was there after he said it was and later received a message saying it was sold.. Customer service was horrible!

I have dealt with several people here at Fletcher Jones who take great pride in communicating articulately and providing accurate information and they truly are nice people and they love this audi and soda way

Did the test drive on Friday and returned to pick up the vehicle on Saturday. Chelsy was great.

Wanted to add over $2000 of protection package on a $25000 car that I was going to have shipped out of state, and after confirming the price verbally. They should have been honest about the true price of the car in the listing. It's ridiculous that this dealer scam still persists.

Be careful with them…. Very unsatisfied with my experience with them. Now I’m stuck with a $18,700 loan… I don’t know how the total ended up being so high. Not once did Vincent tell us that was the final price. We were told they were going to stay in our price range of $13000.

truck was not in my opinion ready to show. floor matts were stuffed in back, radio only worked front speakers and buzzes .When turned off constantly loud hum from speakers felt like it was not prepared for a asking price of 36 k

Sales personal responded quickly. Finance personal did not try to sell me anything other than what i asked for. There was no trickery with the price. I was in and out of the dealer ship in a timely manor. I would recommend the dealer ship.
