Shady administration. Be very careful to ask for all financial information before you provide any of your personal info. Dealer changes advertised price based on buying potential. Be prepared for tricks and loopholes. I asked multiple times for estimates on price and fees but didn’t get it until they ran my credit and could hike the numbers up.

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

I drove to Eugene to look at the car, the sales people and the store manager were awesome! Excellent with regards to friendliness, courteous, efficient, fair, expedient - the list goes on. All great to work with, I felt I could trust them and that they were working to fulfill my needs with a car. I will try to purchase my new car from them if they get in the specific car I am looking for.

Very responsive and informative. Answered all my questions I had and then some.

The car had modifcations to the radio, speakers wires were unplugged in trunk, rust on all 4 wheel rims. The salesperson didn't care about my concerns and said that's what you get for a used car and if you want it better, you have to pay more. So, I didn't feel confident on purchasing a car from this dealership with that attitude.

I contacted the dealership to look at the car and set up an appointment. I showed up and was told the car was gone after being told that morning that it would be available.They are either lazy or incompetent or both and it was a complete waste of my time. I will never buy from them and will tell all to avoid this dealer. Floor staff was very friendly.

I Contacted on 09/17/2021 regarding 2019 XTS Cadillac based on listed in Cargurus and many car selling website but representative of Atlantic Chevrolet Cadillac told me the this car already sell and date 09/29/2021 on website mention is Sold so what does it mean ?

It took several tries to reach a human being, after which he informed me the car they had listed was sold several months ago. The guy who answered was very pleasant, so I'll give him that, but it still took over a week for them to remove the listing. I

Communication with this dealer is nightmare. The phone number that was provided on the website is out of service, called in the phone number I found on Google no one responded. For a sec I thought they’re not even existed.

The sales person told me the a vehicle was available, So I scheduled to go to the dealership to see the vehicle. Five minutes before I arrived, the sales person confirmed that the vehicle was in the dealership. After I arrived, the sales Rep asked me to have a seat to tell me that the manager had already accepted a deposit for the vehicle while they never had the vehicle to start with.

They list some cars with great value in CarGurus. But as soon as you contact AutoMax with those great deals they have on their car, they say it’s sold. I don’t even know if their deals on their was real anymore.
