Do not recommend! The car we had AN APPOINTMENT to test drive was not on-site and they said we'd have to pay cash and sign a waiver as cars had flood damage from Hurricane Ida!

Took 3 days to get back to me I called several times and nobody answered and went straight to a blank voice mail when I finally did get a call the girl sounded like she was on speaker phone and working from her house totally do not trust this dealer very shady

They list a car on the website for a price. When I got to the dealership, they wanted to charge over $4,000 more. This is deceptive practice, and is unethical.

Terrible experience, online price isn’t their real price.. must add over $2500 as a “down payment” on top of the listed price.. then a huge processing/dealer fee.. they take forever to respond and/or call back. Wasted two days with slow responses and beating around the bush about the actual price.

Super sketchy, dishonest, and not able to answer a single question honestly. The price listed here isn’t the price they’re sell it for. There are hidden fees and asked why would they not be honest upfront, the salesman’s answer was “because it’s a high competition of where we’re located and if we advertise the real price we wouldn’t sell anything”. Then he added “everyone does it. When the stop doing it, we will too”. Would never spend money with a dealer like that!

Would go 0 stars but not an option. Won’t discuss details of car or out the door cost on phone. Very shady practice. Also refuse to let me speak to a manager. Called on 11/18/21 at 7:30 pm supposed sales rep was very rude. Julia the day before no better. Thanks for wasting my time.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

Exactly the same as everyone else. They list a few cars cheaper than everyone else then pull the b.s. car was sold before you got there, even though u called and it was available... Then they offer u almost same car year and miles for almost $10000 more.. wasted 1.5 hours driving here. REMINDED ME OF WHY I DONT LIKE GOING TO THESE KINDS OF SMALL DEALERSHIPS.. EXACT EXAMPLE OF BAIT AND SWITCH

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Scam Scam Scam stay far away. I spoke to salesperson with my pre approval on hand and was told the car was available and then when I was transferred to the finance department the person says it was sold…. And here it is still on the website. They try to double talk you… I’m pretty sure these cars were flooded hence why the low price.

I was interested in one of the non-Mitsubishi cars and Brittany was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I will certainly ask to deal with her as she is knowledgeable and responsive.

Just triple check if the car is salvage because they lie or not too informed and all the low priced vehicles that are to good to be true 100% are salvaged and the vehicles are not in the address they give you. The vehicles are held in a warehouse and the salvage cars are only available to purchase straight cash but won’t finance salvage vehicles. So do you research.

This place is a scam. Stay away! Their ads are Bait and switch. They did not have the car I initially came for, after confirming they did over the phone. They then tried to sell me another vehicle at a significantly more expensive price than listed on the website.
