Would go 0 stars but not an option. Won’t discuss details of car or out the door cost on phone. Very shady practice. Also refuse to let me speak to a manager. Called on 11/18/21 at 7:30 pm supposed sales rep was very rude. Julia the day before no better. Thanks for wasting my time.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

In fact was overwhelmed with the eagerness in assisting me to get the through various avenues to ensure I get the best services ever desired by a customer. We are still talking as I speak now.

All the 1 start reviews are true, if you don't have a problem of paying thousands above their asking price then this might work for you, otherwise expect for them to add about $3k+ to their advertised price. Made me drive over 1.5hr to find that out, refused to pay more, and walked out. They keep calling me trying to convince me to buy the cars with their added fees. 1 start is a compliment for this dealership.. Stay away!!

Pricing on the vehicle vs what the actual price was, was the issue. There was a gap of almost $5k.

Purchased 2016 F250 from Marin, had to drive 120 miles to get it, and when I got home the truck wouldn't start. Marin Acura was great, they arranged to have a local dealer look at and fix the minor problem. I would recommend this dealer as they interacted with integrity and respect.

Don’t bother with them. After a few phone calls and emails they disappeared, two days later I received an generic email saying the car I was trying to buy had been sold at the beginning of the week, which was before my last contact. I also received an email from the general manager asking if I had a positive experience. I emailed back with the details of what happened and received no response.

I messaged the 23rd of December. Never got a call. Got a email to update that the car was no longer available on the 29th.

I was talk with one of the vendors interested in another car cause this one was sold but still in the page. After couple questions she never answer back to me. So she don’t need the sale I think

After selling the suv was still on site days after and long waits to get customer service

Car price in all webpages advertising $18,130 wrong real price $24,310 pls update your prices and stop giving wrong advertisements for people to come in to your dealership

The dealer contacted me asking me to come in, however the vehicle I was interested was never available. The vehicle continued to be posted as available (bait and switch?)

I found their efforts to stay in touch overwhelming, but they were very friendly and polite.

Car is not $37,013 they add thousands in dealer fees, seems like bait and switch. I offered more than $1500 over asking to cover their dealer fees and it was not enough.

Car was nothing like described, rats nest under the hood no shift knob, very disappointed had to call them to get a response

They were very nice, however failed to update their inventory for almost a week. The person I was talking to had no idea what was going on in the dealership. He set me up with an appointment to test drive a vehicle that was long gone. It was interesting to say the least.
